Is an Advocate at the Bombay High Court with 9+ years of litigation and advisory experience, specialising in Civil & Property Law, Arbitration, Criminal Law, Contract Drafting, Compliance and Dispute Resolution. Practicing since 2016, she has represented clients before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts across civil, corporate and commercial matters.
She has handled arbitration proceedings in property disputes and has served on the panel of MSRDC for the Samruddhi Highway Project, assisting senior arbitrators. Chitra Ramakrishnan
Is a senior banking and financial services professional with 45+ years of leadership experience across nationalised and urban cooperative banks. A former Deputy General Manager, Dena Bank (now Bank of Baroda), she has led large-scale multi-zone banking operations, business development, credit & loans, NPA recovery, grievance redressal, and regulatory compliance, managing portfolios exceeding ₹49,000 crore.
With strong credentials in Strategic Planning, HR & Industrial Relations, Customer Complaint Redressal, Allied Banking and Governance, she has headed major branches and zones, served on IBPS interview panels, engaged with the RBI Ombudsman, and held post-retirement leadership roles as GM/DGM across multiple cooperative banks. Is a strategy and investments leader with 11+ years of global experience across corporates, management consulting, private equity and venture capital in India, the US, Europe and Asia. An alumnus of HEC Paris and BITS Pilani, and a CFA Charterholder, he specialises in data-driven strategic planning, M & A, buy-side investing, due diligence, valuation and financial modelling, with added expertise in machine learning, Python, NLP and advanced analytics.
